Distinguished Level of care.
At Liberty Park Senior Living, we offer various levels of care ensuring residents receive individualized assistance. Our Registered Nurse will determine the appropriate level of care by completing a comprehensive assessment of each resident’s abilities and needs. These assessments are reviewed 30 days after admission and quarterly thereafter, ensuring a resident’s need and staff assistance are closely aligned.
Because no two residents are the same, our card is customized to each resident to maintain his or her highest level of independence and ability.

A respite stay is a great option should your loved one need a temporary place to live while a caregiver enjoys a well-deserved break. Our overnight respite program provides a safe and stimulating atmosphere.
*A minimum of seven nights and pre-qualification will be required for a respite stay.
